PhD Annual Review Letter Submission Form
As stated in the
School of Information Doctoral Guidelines
, the major professor is responsible for making sure a completed annual review letter is filed with the School inclusion in the student’s academic folder no later than
of each calendar year.
As part of the annual review, the major professor is required to indicate whether the student is making satisfactory progress toward the completion of the Ph.D., and the Doctoral Program Committee Chair will use this information to present a summary report on the yearly progress of all doctoral students for discussion at the March faculty business meeting.
